ASER Centre conducted a capacity-building workshop on survey, research, data collection, and report writing for students at Gauhati University. The workshop covered the fundamentals of research, including how to design a questionnaire, select an appropriate sample size, collect and compile data, and write a report. Sessions combined theoretical inputs with practical exercises, with participants working through each stage of the research process, from establishing a research question and identifying a problem, to analysing findings and presenting conclusions.
