The Department of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR) at Patna University, in collaboration with ASER Centre, organised a two-day workshop in March 2025 for students of PMIR, Rural Studies, and PGDISM. The workshop aimed to develop participants’ skills in collecting, interpreting, and communicating data, and was incorporated into the Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) for academic evaluation. Almost 40 students participated.
