Kamal is from Uttarakhand and has Master’s in Social Work. He has been working since 2004 with various organizations in the social sector. He joined Pratham Education Foundation in 2011 as a cluster coordinator and also a volunteer of ASER, which motivated him to work in the field of education.

Katal Ahmed has been associated with Pratham Education Foundation for the past 18 years, and he joined ASER Centre in 2012. He has completed his Master’s in Social Work and has a Diploma in Special Education. He enjoys working with children. And in his free time, he loves traveling and listening to music.

Keisham Kishan has studied BE Mechanical with LLB. He has been working on ASER in Manipur for the past 5 years. He likes tutoring children, mentoring young minds and actively involving in social causes. He loves traveling to remote hilly villages, trying new cuisines, clicking pictures of the magnificent outdoors, and living close to nature.

Kevin has been with ASER for more than 7 years. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography. He has always wanted to visit rural areas, not as a tourist but to see and get to know people and places at the ground level and ASER has given him that opportunity. He is also into bikes and would love to tour the country on his bike.

Khrawboklang was a volunteer for ASER in 2008. After that, he has been associated with ASER since 2010. He has a Master’s in Social Work. His hobbies are playing video games, biking, and trekking.

Kripendra Das hails from the Hailakandi district of Assam. He completed his graduation from Assam university. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, reading, and travelling.

Krishna Kashyap has completed his BA. He enjoys reading books and traveling by bike in hilly areas, surrounded by nature.

Mahendra works as a Senior Research Manager in ASER Madhya Pradesh. He has been associated with ASER since July 2010. He has completed MSW, MA in Political Science, and several diplomas and certificate courses on education. He loves meeting new people and travelling to different parts of the country. He also likes reading books.

Manoj Kumar Patel is working in Pratham Education Foundation since 2012. He is studying social work and has a bachelor’s degree. He loves to travel and visit different places, and he also loves to cook.

Manoj has been working in Pratham since 2012. He completed his graduation from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University. Currently, along with working in Pratham, he is completing his Masters in Social Work. He likes playing cricket and volleyball. Apart from sports, he likes to spend his free time talking to teachers, listening to their experiences and the challenges they face.

Mayank Lov has been wokring at ASER for almost 13 years. He has completed MBA (International Business), and loves to travel in the mountanious terrains of Uttarakhand on his bike. He also likes visitng different villages for ASER-relates work and getting to know about new people.

Nazmal has studied BSc in Computers and Electronics. He has been working with Pratham and ASER since 2013, before ASER he was working in the pharmaceutical industry. He likes to travel and visit new locations. His hobbies are watching movies and spending time with his family and friends.

He has completed his MSW and is working in a non-profitable organisation for the last 27 years on rural development. Before joining ASER in 2011, he was associated with an international NGO working with the rural community.  He loves bike riding and playing cricket with children, communicating with old aged/experienced persons to know the history of their community, travel to rural villages, know their setup, tradition, culture, ethics, family rituals etc.

Pankaj Pandey has been working at Pratham since 2014 and has been associated with ASER Jharkhand since 2015. Before this he has worked at many other district-level organizations. He has completed his graduation from Vinoba Bhave University and B.Ed. from Kashmir University. Presently, he is pursuing M.R.A.D from IGNOU Open University. He loves writing poems, and this also helps him communicate effectively.

Patrina Fanai graduated with a degree in Political Science from Delhi university. She continued her PG in Sociology from Mizoram university. She takes keen interest in researching the development and changes within the educational sector. She had even participated in a debate on the issues of ‘leave no child behind’ and had attended the Asia Pacific Youth Exchange as a Delegate. The culmination of her interests has led her to cross paths with ASER, where she is wholeheartedly contributing in the capacity of Aser Associate. During her leisure time, she likes to indulge herself in gardening, feeding her tall turki birds, painting and playing the ukulele.
