Abhay has been working with ASER since 2011. He has a master’s in social work. He enjoys field work and can be found riding a bike or playing cricket during his free time.

Akashdeep has studied Economics from Ludhiana. He is passionate about improving his skills and is always eager to learn and develop. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, painting, crafts, and playing football. He has a soft spot for animals, particularly dogs and cats. He also enjoys volunteering in his community.

Akhilesh is part of the ASER team in Madhya Pradesh. His responsibilities involve ensuring the smooth implementation of ASER in the state, networking with various stakeholders, and other administrative activities. Their core strengths include survey planning and management, volunteer mobilization, training, and dissemination at various levels. He has done a Master’s degree in Social Work, Certificate Course in Survey and Research Co-ordinator and Certificate Course in Adult Learning and Training Management from TISS.

Anand has been working in Pratham and ASER since 2003. He is a Senior Associate in Maharashtra. He has a Bachelor’s in Political Science. In his free time, he loves playing cricket and watching WWE, and travelling. He also enjoys spending time with his family and childhood friends.

Bhalchandra has been working in Pratham Education Foundation since 2002. He has completed masters in economics and MSW. Passionate about travelling and talking to new people as he always learns something new from every interaction that he engages in.

Bhuvendra Baghel completed his education from Pandit Ravishankar University. Before ASER, he was working for the Economic India Centre (IFMR) at the intersection of gender and technology. He has also worked as a district-level trainer for women and child dvelopment. He enjoys music, poetry and discussing and debating ideas.

Bipash completed his Master of social work from Visva-Bharati University in 2007 and joined Pratham Education Foundation that same year. He likes to do trekking and snorkeling and also to take photos and videos while doing this. He enjoys working at ASER because he gets to meet new people, travel to new places and learn new things.

Chirag Vyas has been associated with ASER for 10 years now. Hailing form a political background, he has been doing social work form a very young age. He loves to travel and capture digital memories on his camera. For ASER, he has traveled to all the states of India. He is a big foodie by heart and always tries to indulge in local dishes. He also plays chess and has participated in various competitions.

Devendra is currently working as a Sr. Associate with the Pratham Education Foundation. He has been in the social sector for the past 15 years. He earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work. He completed his certificate course in questionnaire design, statistics and communication and CALTM. He enjoys working with communities and children. He also likes to travel across rural India.

Devyani has been working in ASER since 2008. She is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has a diploma in HR. She likes to travel to different places with her daughter and in ASER she got the opportunity to travel to various parts of India.

Dharampal Jat has been working in the NGO sector for the last 15 years. He has a Master’s in Rural Development. He enjoys reading books and playing volleyball.

Dilip has been associated with the ASER Centre for the last 8 years. He earned his Master’s Degree in commerce. Working with the ASER Centre, he completed his certificate course in Questionnaire Design, Statistics and Communications. He is passionate to travel to rural areas. Dilip’s travel experience across Uttar Pradesh enriched his understanding of rural issues. He loves playing and watching cricket.

Doel graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Calcutta University and then studied Social Work from IGNOU. She has worked before in the development sector and now she is working as an ASER Associate at the ASER Centre. Doel also likes to go trekking, travelling, and capturing moments through her camera.

G.Kumeresan has been working in the social sector for the last 15 years. He has a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Diploma in Teacher Training. In his free time, G.Kumeresan likes to play cricket and hang out with his friends. Traveling exploring new places and working for children’s well-being makes him happy.
