He has completed his MSW and is working in a non-profitable organisation for the last 27 years on rural development. Before joining ASER in 2011, he was associated with an international NGO working with the rural community. He loves bike riding and playing cricket with children, communicating with old aged/experienced persons to know the history of their community, travel to rural villages, know their setup, tradition, culture, ethics, family rituals etc.
