Shradha holds an Integrated Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. Her passion for social development motivated her to work on projects associated with Inclusive Education, Indian Knowledge Systems, and Adolescent Mental Health. At ASER, she cherishes the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders related to school education and understand inequalities in learning experiences. In her free time, she enjoys binge-reading fiction and scribbling in her journal.
